My name is Mabel Gudiel, and I work as a Process Engineer for Proctor and Gamble in our Fabric Care Manufacturing Facility in 
Louisiana. My primary role is to provide engineering support to the packing department by improving equipment reliability, developing sustainable operational systems and providing coaching and development for our technicians. I graduated from Skyline College in 2000 with an Associate Degree in Math and Science and transferred that year to UC Berkeley, where I obtained a Mechanical Engineering degree in 2003.
