$50.00
Includes one table, two chairs, student lot parking, two meals, and one raffle ticket (per company) for giveaway.

Acceptable forms of payment
Check: Payable to ASSC Career Center Trust Account.
Cash: Choose 'cash' payment on registration form.  Submit cash payment at Registration Table upon your arrival on event date.

2.  Submit registration materials.
Advanced submisison of registration materials is required postmarked by Wednesday, April 8, 2009.
*Mail required registration materials to:
Skyline College, Career Center - CE09, 3300 College Drive, San Bruno, CA  94066.
*Required registration materials include check payment, registration form, and supplemental forms.

3. We will send you confirmation email.
You will receive a confirmation email with event details and information upon receipt of your registration materials.

*Reservations submitted without receipt of registration fee may not be honored.
